- Individual landlords, both UK based and non-resident, who need assistance in managing their properties;
- Providing additional assistance to foreign high net worth clients who already have existing full-time staff.
We are acutely aware that careful planning of the brief is essential from the outset, combined with a detailed estimate of costs. We keep clients regularly informed of expenditure and, if the brief changes, what the financial implications will be. Our rates are extremely competitive and flexible. We can offer hourly, monthly or project based arrangements.
